3.Use and function
1. Monochrome and multicolored disc lipstick, eye shadow cream, lipstick, semi-dry watercolor, face paint, and other paste raw materials may all be filled using this machine.
2. The machine uses a piston filling approach, with a minor quantification error that may be adjusted for each filling nozzle. The nozzle will not stay in place because it contains a return suction feature.
3. A separate digital display temperature control is installed at the location where the material body passes (material nozzle, material pump, material cylinder), allowing for the temperature adjustment of various material bodies during heating.
4. The material barrel is a double-layer bucket that uses thermal oil and sandwich to heat the material body. It works with a mixing motor to efficiently control the speed at which the material is mixed, to equally heat the material body 360 degrees, and to efficiently regulate the temperature at which raw materials are heated. Any material barrel can have its open or closed state chosen based on the needs of the production process.
5. featuring a manual saving 3000 x 200 mm water conveyor belt and an infrared induction positioning device set up for excellent efficiency.
